    (Add $10 to prices if pillow back)

• Furniture Repair

  • Minor fix (including zipper repair, small recliner repairs, and small vinyl repairs) - $80

  • Minor repair (including board reattachment, re-bending reclining unit or installing new one you supply, or scab boarding) - $120

  • Major repair (including replacement of boards, replacement of decking, new upholstery if it can be ordered) - $150

• Carpet Cleaning - $130 minimum (with $2.50 per additional square foot)

• Odor Removal - Price varies by severity and size of contamination

• Emergency Water Extraction - $200 minimum (with signed liability waiver)

• Duct Cleaning - $200 (and up depending on complexity of ductwork and size)

• Dryer vent cleaning - $100 (and up depending on location of vent)

• Car Detailing - $150 - $300 (depending on the severity of contamination and size of the vehicle)
